Dining & Catering Coordinator (m/w/d)

Als Dining & Catering Coordinator bist du das Gesicht von JLL vor Ort und die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Catering- und Verpflegungsdienstleistungen am Standort. Du managst Subunternehmer im IFM-Bereich, führst dein Team und sorgst durch exzellenten Service für unvergessliche kulinarische Erlebnisse - immer mit höchsten Standards in Qualität, Hygiene und Kundenorientierung.

Hauptaufgaben:
* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Ausführung von Catering-Bestellungen sowie Buffetauf- und -abbau
* Warenwirtschaft, Coffee-Service und Konferenzsnacks
* Führung des Spülküchen-Teams
* Einhaltung der Hygienestandards gemäß Lebensmittelverordnung
* Proaktive Kommunikation zur Sicherstellung der Kundenerwartungen
* Unterstützung bei HS&E-Audits und Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsstandards

Qualifikationen:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel-, Gastronomie- oder Facility-Management oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Catering- oder Verpflegungsbereich mit Teamführungserfahrung
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hygienevorschriften und Lebensmittelsicherheit
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
