Systems Engineer Microsoft 365 (Room Systems, Enterprise Print, Smart Signage)

As a Systems Engineer, your role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing solutions related to room booking, enterprise print, and display systems within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing workplace efficiency, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities

Room Booking Systems:
* Configure and manage room booking solutions integrated with Microsoft 365.
* Enable seamless scheduling of meeting spaces through Outlook, Teams, or other relevant platforms.
* Collaborate with facilities management to optimize room utilization and resource allocation.

Enterprise Print Management:
* Implement and maintain print solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
* Set up print queues, policies, and security settings.
* Monitor print usage, costs, and environmental impact.

Signage Systems Integration:
* Design and deploy digital signage and display solutions.
* Ensure compatibility with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
* Enhance communication through strategically placed displays.

Security and Compliance:
* Apply security best practices to room booking, print, and display systems.
* Monitor compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations.

User Support and Training:
* Provide end-user support for room booking, print, and display-related queries.
* Conduct training sessions to educate users on system usage and best practices.

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Experience in managing room booking systems, print infrastructure, and display technologies.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and administration.
* Knowledge of scripting and automation for system configuration.
* Certifications related to Microsoft 365 (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
