(Junior) Systems Operations Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* The (Junior) Systems Operations Manager will support the Global Product Owner (PO) for our Order Management System (OMS) and Product Information Management System (PIM).
* Ensuring smooth operation and ongoing optimisation of the systems.
* Processing and final resolution of any error messages.
* Supporting the PO in the further development of the systems.
* Contact person for the key users in the global regions to support their daily work.

YOUR Walk of Life:
* At least two years of professional experience in systems and/or operations of an online shop.
* Basic knowledge of PIM and/or OMS demonstrating familiarity with their functions and processes is required.
* Although a technical background is an advantage, specific IT knowledge is not mandatory for this position.
* High affinity for technical solutions, the automation of process flows and the optimisation of existing systems.
* Very structured way of working with clear prioritisation.
* Confident handling of Jira/Confluence and MS Office applications is required.
* Very good written and spoken English. Business fluent German is a plus.
