We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our dynamic Client Care department in Cologne. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract position (maternity leave replacement).
This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain and logistics for spare parts, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to an outstanding client experience globally. Bachelor's or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Proven experience of 7+ years in operations management within supply chain, procurement, or operations. Proficient with data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Mandatory fluency in English and a working proficiency in German. French is a plus. Relevant certifications from APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
