Job Description:

* Develop a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU's Partner Models and their corresponding requirements.
* Respond to inquiries received via email and our service desk
* Manage and verify submitted partner data within our internal tools
* Manage incoming leads, organize the sales pipeline, and maximize conversion opportunities
* Collaborate closely with integration managers and other internal teams
* Support the growth of our partner business with administrative tasks like contract creation and market research

Qualifications:

* Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
* Initial relevant professional experience in an administrative role
* Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Fluent English language skills are essential, as you'll be part of an English-speaking team
* Very good organizational skills, strong hands-on mentality, and flexibility
* High resilience, independence, and a reliable and structured way of working
* Empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
