Role and Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager | Engagement Lead to navigate the dynamic landscape of (COMPANY NAME)! In this role, you'll leverage your project management expertise across internal teams, functions, and geographies to lead Conversations Projects with RCS, WhatsApp, Voice and other channels.

You will be a guide since the start of the project, helping our Designers and Developers to delivery great conversational experiences for our clients.

* Review requirements during Pre-Sales Phase: During initial discussions, confirm project feasibility by reviewing requirements.
* Create SoW (Statement of Work): Formalize the project agreement by outlining scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
* Organize the backlog and Jira boards: Prioritize tasks in the backlog and structure project boards on Jira (or similar tool) for efficient workflow.
* Build the estimates: List down all activities needed to deliver on the SoW and estimate their effort and time for accurate project planning.
* Create and control timelines: Develop a project schedule with milestones and track progress against it. Regularly review and update timelines with the team.
* Lead ceremonies (Daily, weekly, planning's): Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, weekly progress reviews, and planning sessions to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
* Ensure team clarity: Make sure each team member understands their tasks and responsibilities.
* Break down activities: Divide large tasks into smaller, manageable steps for continuous progress.
* Anticipate problems: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
* Create stories, epics, and documentation: Develop user stories, epics (large user stories), and other documentation (technical specs, etc.) to guide the team and track progress.

Profil requis du candidat:

A strategic and tactical mentality with a curious, open-minded and delivery focused approach. Your leadership skills in combination with strong ability to prioritize, meet conflicting needs and communicate well will help you succeed. Furthermore, we believe you have:
* +2 years experience on project management (including cross-functional teams and external advisors), preferably in international multicultural environments, and with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Communication and interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain how technology support business objectives to non-technical leaders.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall preferred).
* Experience from management of multiple parallel projects and stakeholders.
* Good knowledge in modelling frameworks and processes, always mindful of the big picture.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially skills in PowerPoint and Excel are necessary in this role.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related discipline.
* Experience using project management tools like Jira or similar platforms.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
* Fluent English and German
