This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced regional leader to accelerate our growth across Mainland Europe (excluding the UK) - shaping the regional strategy, expanding key client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams as we scale our footprint across priority markets. .

You'll be responsible for:
* Managing the Mainland Europe regional business strategy, setting short- and long-term goals aligned to the wider business strategy.
* Owning regional performance, including country KPIs/OKRs and delivery of annual financial and operating targets.
* Overseeing operational programmes, governance, and reporting in line with group cycles and standards.
* Building, directing, and developing a cohesive senior leadership team and talent pipeline across the region.
* Strengthening and growing strategic client relationships (public and private sector), including senior stakeholder engagement.
* Driving profitable growth: identify, shape, and secure new opportunities, bids, and submissions through strong market insight and partner collaboration.
* Ensuring robust cost management and continuous improvement using data and analysis.
* Championing health, safety, and wellbeing and act as a visible leader for culture and standards.
You'll need to have:
* Demonstrable track record in a senior leadership/director-level role (or equivalent), leading multi-country or multi-site operations.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience delivering profitable growth and improving performance.
* Depth of operational leadership experience (planning, governance, reporting, and performance management).
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing leadership teams, including talent and succession planning.
* Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable operating at C-suite level.
* Strong client engagement and work-winning capability, with credible market and sector insight.
* Commitment to the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing.
* Industry experience: significant experience within construction and/or consultancy environments; ideally within any of these sectors, Hi Tech Manufacturing, semi-conductor, advanced materials, Auto and GIGA
* Pharma and life sciences.
* Data centres
* Education: degree or equivalent experience (desirable).
