The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Performance Marketing team as a Paid Search Specialist either based in Windsor, UK or Frankfurt, Germany. In this role you will support the Paid Search team in setting up, maintaining, and optimising Paid Search campaigns (SEM) specifically for the German markets.
A snapshot of what you will be getting up to in this role:
* Support planning, setup, and launch of paid search ad campaigns for IHG Hotels & Resorts in Germany.
* Optimise campaigns, monitor search trends, and provide regular reporting to improve performance and drive ROI, while staying updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

The chosen candidate will have the following experience:
* German & English language skills to a fluent or business proficiency level.
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in Paid Search and/or Online Marketing, preferably managing Search (SEM/SEO) campaigns
* Proficiency in German digital media landscape, consumer behaviors, Search Engine Platforms, Excel Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
* Proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and research abilities - experience of using reports and analysis to make strategic decisions.
