This is what you can expect:

* Product marketing & portfolio: You actively support commercial management for congstar at home with a focus on portfolio management and its strategic development.
* Market & competition analysis: You regularly analyze market and competition data and, together with the team, prepare well-founded recommendations for action.
* Management support: Assistance in preparing important decision-making bases for management (e.g. analyses, reports and pitch decks).
* Go-to-market impulses: You enjoy analytical and conceptual tasks and you set your own impulses for the further development of our go-to-market strategies.
* Cross-functional collaboration: As part of the commercial team, you will work on overarching issues in the areas of CRM, sales and customer experience.

This is what you have in your luggage:

* Study: You are currently studying economics, business administration or a comparable qualification (ideally you are studying for a master's degree).
* Practical experience: You have already gained initial professional experience, ideally as part of internships or working student activities.
* Analytical skillset: You have good analytical skills and a structured and reliable way of working.
* Tool know-how: You are confident in using MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Soft skills: A high willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you.
