Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Metzingen. This is a full-time, on-site position within our luxury retail store.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey, and ensuring the store environment reflects the standards of the PHILIPP PLEIN brand.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized styling advice
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Assist with visual merchandising and maintain luxury presentation standards
* Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
* Support stock management and inventory processes
* Build and maintain strong client relationships

Profil

Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury segment
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
* Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Good understanding of luxury fashion and current trends
* High school diploma or equivalent required
