Multinational Client Service Specialist Vienna, Austria (Full-time (38.5 hours per week), permanent) As a member of the AXA XL Operations Team, in this full time and permanent role as Multinational Client Service Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the Casualty and Financial Lines Underwriters on the administrative process and servicing the clients' needs. You will play a key part in providing and maintaining client service, supporting the positive image of AXA XL brand. You will have direct contact with brokers, re-insurers and co-insurers, ensuring that administrative processes are running efficiently and at a high quality. You will provide efficient and high-quality policy administration services for the underwriting division. This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime. What you'll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Provide support to the Underwriters and ensure that the administrative processes for the end-to-end policy lifecycle are run efficiently and at with high quality to serve internal and external clients Responsible for the implementation of international insurance solutions and correspond with brokers and customers as well as with AXA XL and worldwide network partners Ensure that the administrative processes of the international insurance programs are run efficiently and that the respective local policies are issued with high quality Monitoring the premium flows for the co-insurers and reinsurers Timely implementation of new and renewed accounts according to the processing rules and guidelines (incl. system data entries) Timely issuance of the Policy Documents including invoice in cooperation with credit control. Control the implementation progress of an account globally and take appropriate actions Premium collection monitoring for accounts globally and taking appropriate actions Proactively foster a positive relationship with clients and brokers to attain a comprehensive understanding of their needs Ensure high data quality of the portfolio and take corrective measures if necessary. You will report to the Team Lead Casualty & IFL Austria & CSEE. What you will BRING We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience Some experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of underwriting processes is a plus Excellent Turkish and English language skills (both spoken and written). Additionally, German language skills would be an advantage Very good MS Office knowledge, especially excellent MS Excel knowledge Robust communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively and professionally with diverse groups and within a diverse Team A pro-active and service-oriented attitude, customer and service-oriented personality Ability to remain focused in stressful situations Proven prioritization and time management skills Interest in an international work environment Quick-wittedness, solution-oriented and possessing a great sense of collaboration.
