We are seeking an Executive Program Leader to manage a complex, enterprise-wide, multi-year business transformation in Employee Benefits at the intersection of business strategy, organizational performance and technology. The ideal candidate brings a systemic mindset and a strong drive with the ability to challenge, influence and embark. With a relentless focus on value creation and execution discipline, the role requires to co-construct business visions, make informed trade-offs in complex environments and adapt direction along the multi-year journey - acting as an architect of change between today's operating model and a future-state vision. The position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver impactful change while working alongside talented and committed multi-disciplinary teams. Mission description As the responsible for the program, reporting to the Chief Life & Health Officer, the Executive Program Leader is accountable for the end-to-end strategic intent, execution, adoption and realized business value of the Employee Benefits transformation. To be able to achieve this, the Executive Program Leader is supported by the Program Sponsor and the key Business, Transformation and Technology stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end program execution, with full accountability for achieving the targeted business outcomes Translate strategic priorities into clear execution pathways, ensuring every initiative contributes to tangible value creation Adapt program direction to reflect evolving business conditions or market dynamics Co-construct business visions (eg. around digital experience, product flexibility, process automation/ orchestration) Make rigorous prioritization and trade-off decisions to maximize business value Orchestrate cross-functional execution by designing and continuously evolving a program organization that enables innovative ways of working, empowered teams and early adoption of new technologies to ensure focused and aligned delivery Drive program governance focused on decision-making, value realization over time and risk management, shifting the focus from project completion to real, measurable impact on customers, operations and business performance Ensure strict financial discipline including investment allocation, cost control and benefits tracking Anticipate and actively manage execution risks, identifying roadblocks early and applying pragmatic, sometimes non-linear solutions in complex or constrained environments Engage, challenge and align senior stakeholders Experience/ skills required 10 years+ of experience in business transformation and program leadership Proven track record in leading complex multi-year enterprise transformations with demonstrated delivery of sustained business outcomes and organizational adoption Strong understanding of the insurance value chain. Affinity with the Employee Benefits business. A perspective on the future of the business is a plus Strong affinity with technology (including GenAI) Systemic mindset Strong presence with the ability to challenge, influence and align stakeholders Ability to operate both at strategic and execution levels, bridging vision and delivery Ability to embark multi-disciplinary teams Expertise in program governance, financial oversight and value realisation Fluency in English and in one of the national languages as well as proficiency in the other national language What we offer A nice reward for your work An attractive salary, supplemented with discretionary personal and collective bonuses and of course, meal and eco vouchers, and a cafeteria plan.
