As Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing a client portfolio, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering services. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and recruiting top talent to support our clients in the IT/Digital area. ABOUT THE POSITION: Business Development - Identify and prospect new clients. - Participate to the development and implementation of a tailored commercial strategy aligned with company goals. - Design and present customized service offers in collaboration with technical teams. - Lead contract negotiations and close commercial agreements. - Build long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and proactive support. - Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. Recruitment - Define with BU Manager the recruitment strategy based on market needs and project opportunities. - Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessments. - Participate to the onboarding of new consultants and support their professional growth and development. People Management - Monitor consultant performance and ensure alignment with client expectations. - Foster a positive team culture and encourage continuous learning and growth. - Design personalized career development plans, lead annual performance reviews, and target training programs to strengthen key competencies of your team members, with the help of the HR department

Profil requis du candidat:

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. - A first proven experience in sales or business development - Strong interpersonal skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach to business development - Fluent in French and English
