Position Summary You will support the reliability and maintenance of production equipment on site in Belgium. You will investigate technical issues, help define and apply maintenance strategies, and work closely with engineers, operations, quality and EHS. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Investigate recurring technical failures and propose practical remediation actions. - Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies for simple equipment and assemblies. - Extract and analyse maintenance and failure data from ERP and other systems, and enter work activities accurately. - Supervise contractors on site, organise site visits and coordinate with suppliers. - Maintain and update maintenance documentation, checklists and KPI trackers. - Take part in routine reliability meetings and support continuous improvement activities. Why You? Work arrangement: This role is on-site. You will be based at a GSK site in Belgium and work regular day hours, with some flexibility based on operational needs. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelier (Bachelor) in electromechanics, industrial electrotechnics, or equivalent technical diploma or experience. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role. - Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and ability to read P&ID and electrical diagrams. - Good computer skills with MS Office; experience with ERP maintenance modules (SAP PM or similar) is required. - Clear written and spoken French; technical English for reading documentation and supplier communication. - Strong focus on safety and quality, with ability to follow EHS and GMP-related procedures. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or life sciences). - Familiarity with maintenance strategy development and basic reliability tools (root cause analysis, DMAIC). - Experience supervising contractors and managing work permits/lock-out procedures. - Knowledge of LIMS/LES or master data processes related to maintenance and QC. - Strong analytical skills using Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and basic data extraction/query experience. - Proactive, organised and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
