About the job
As Brand Manager Activia, you will be in the driver seat of portfolio and brand growth for one of Danone's strategic brands. You will be part of a dynamic, highly driven Marketing team and report directly to the Group Brand Manager Acti-brands.
Activia is one of the largest dairy brand within Danone. With its presence across Belgium and the Netherlands, Activia plays a strategic role in Danone's portfolio, reaching thousands of consumers every day with products rooted in science and wellbeing.
You will lead the growth agenda for the brand, help shape our local strategy, and translate consumer and business insights into impactful plans across Benelux.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Delivering portfolio & brand growth for Activia in Benelux
* Leading the Annual Operating Plan, grounded in consumer, category and business insights. Defining clear strategic priorities, with clear 'jobs to be done' and priorities
* Maximizing growth opportunities on the Core through total diagnosis approach
* Leading Activia's Integrated Communication Process and lead campaign execution - from Adaptation to amplification of centrally delivered assets
* Locally develop the brand's innovation, renovation, communication and activation agenda in close liaison with key agency partners. Improve the brands' BHT score + develop winning content & successful innovations.
* Acting as a brand leader who can influence, align and inspire across functions.
In order to be successful in this position, you bring:
* Solid previous experience as a Brand Manager in a FMCG environment.
* Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
* Understanding of the target audiences and you are able to create effective concepts.
* Excellent analytical skills: Combine data-driven thinking with creativity.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Relationship Building: Building strategic relationships with Sales, Project Teams, R&D, Strategy & Insights and Category Management
