Job Description:
* Handle all back-office activities,
* Ensure daily phone follow up with clients,
* Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers,
* Provide administrative support to operations activities,
* Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities,
* Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals,
* Maintain databases,
* Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities,
* Ensure appropriate filing and archiving,
* Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity
Qualifications:
* CFC "Employé de Commerce"
* 2 years experience
* Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
* Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
* Reliable, flexible and accurate
* Team oriented
* Customer focused
* Good communication skills (oral and written)
* Scientific knowledge is a plus
