NN and ING have set up a joint insurance team called "One Orange Team," with the goal of becoming Belgium's fastest-growing digital insurance brand. The One Orange Team covers Non-Life insurance solutions, Life insurance solutions, and Investment solutions. Although most members of the One Orange Team are part of the NN family and spirit, the team is physically located at ING's offices and works closely with ING's Insurance and Investment Tribes.

What does your job as a Marketing & Sales Project Manager look like? 
* You define and deploy sales initiatives and underlying strategies, from concept to execution.
* You provide comprehensive support to the sales network, such as sales presentation tools, videos, newsletters, etc.
* You take the initiative to manage projects that support our sales network and drive our growth strategy.
* You closely monitor sales performance, detect deviations and propose a mitigation plan.
* You work closely with internal stakeholders.
* Stakeholder and project management is crucial to ensure smooth collaboration and the success of your initiatives.

* You are familiar with the animation of a sales network and sales growth strategies.
* You have a fluent knowledge of English and French and/or Dutch
* You have a good knowledge of Office 365 esp Excel, Word, Teams, Co-pilot & Powerpoint, Sharepoint.
