The Opportunity

PBF CAPEX Owner
The CAPEX Owner is accountable for the end-to-end governance, prioritization, approval, execution oversight and value realization of the company's capital investment portfolio.
This role ensures that capital is allocated to the highest value-creating initiatives, aligned with strategic priorities, financial discipline, and long-term growth objectives.
The CAPEX Owner acts as the single point of accountability for capital investments, guaranteeing transparency, rigor, compliance and return on invested capital (ROIC).

Your Impact

- Capital Strategy & Portfolio Governance
- Investment Evaluation & Approval
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget and according to approved scope.
- Escalate risks, deviations and corrective actions.
- Value Realization & Post-Investment Review
- Financial Control & Compliance
- Cross-Functional Leadership, partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sustainability, IT, Finance and Business Leaders
