Responsibilities

The Opportunity

- Incident management - ensuring that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible, through palliative measures or bug fixes
- Problem management - ensuring root cause analysis, addressing the action plan, implementing actions and measuring results
- Change Management - ensure that the process is followed by bugs, problems and improvements that require changes to the production environment
- Management of the AMS Brazil team, in addition to partnering with the Global team to ensure the stability and availability of applications, as well as compliance with SLAs agreed in contracts
- Influencing users to implement Pepsico standard tools, as well as following defined processes
- Performing business impact analysis for critical incidents

Your Impact

End-to-end commercial and consumer applications, supporting, monitoring and assisting users through globally defined processes, use of best market practices and ITSM
Incident management - ensuring that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible, through palliative measures or bug fixes
Problem management - ensuring root cause analysis, addressing the action plan, implementing actions and measuring results
Change Management - ensure that the process is followed by bugs, problems and improvements that require changes to the production environment
Management of the AMS Brazil team, in addition to partnering with the Global team to ensure the stability and availability of applications, as well as compliance with SLAs agreed in contracts
Influencing users to implement Pepsico standard tools, as well as following defined processes
Performing business impact analysis for critical incidents
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience in application support.
Knowledge of application development.
Languages
Advanced English (required).
Spanish desirable.
