Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to work on internal logistics activities within the Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) area, focusing on the inbound process and material handling. Develop analyses, implement actions, and lead projects with a focus on quality, safety, productivity, and cost reduction. Plan consumable materials, schedule reverse logistics and returns to suppliers. Monitor raw material and consumable inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy and material validity. Align with stakeholders to address operational deviations and prioritize material consumption.
This is a sensitive position according to the OEA Sensitive Positions policy in Brazil.
The position will be based in Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil
What you will do
As a Logistics Analyst, you will:
* Develop activities focused on operational logistics in the packaging process - OFPM;
* Standardize practices among Tetra Pak factories regarding all operational logistics practices for inbound and material handling, aligned with the Supply Chain Master Pillar strategy, quality, and safety;
* Develop improvements through new technologies, systems, methods, among others;
* Analyze raw material and consumable inventory;
* Develop operational improvement projects focused on internal logistics with emphasis on quality, safety, productivity, and cost reduction;
* Execute activities related to the movement and storage of raw materials and consumables;
* Develop and monitor performance indicators for operational logistics of inbound and material handling;
* Prepare and conduct training on procedures and standardization of information, documents, work instructions, and OPLs (One Point Lesson) related to inbound logistics and material handling operations;
* Ensure safety with a constant and tireless pursuit of "zero" incidents/accidents in the area;
* Manage groups and training focused on operational logistics;
* Schedule reverse logistics and returns to suppliers;
* Plan consumables;
* Perform cost analysis in logistics;
* Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillars;
We believe you have
* A completed university degree or currently in the final year of studies in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience in logistics operations;
* Intermediate English level;
* Fluent Portuguese - mandatory;
* Proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or MiniTab);
* Knowledge of basic quality tools;
* Knowledge of SAP system, Materials Management module - mandatory;
* Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies (WCM, TPM, Lean, etc.).
