Description du poste:

Do you want to be the architect of the logistics network that delivers the "impossible" to homes across Brazil? We are looking for the strategic leader who will scale our heavy-and-bulky operations, bridging growth strategy with operational excellence at a national scale.

In this Network Growth and Excellence role, you won't just manage projects-you will "own" the expansion of our logistics footprint in Brazil. Your challenge will be to balance the delivery speed our customers love with the cost efficiency that sustains our business. If you enjoy solving complex puzzles-from deciding where to build the next distribution node to optimizing technology for our selling partners-this is your place.

Key job responsibilities
Own the Strategic Roadmap: Define and drive the multi-year program agenda for the Brazil heavy-and-bulky network, ensuring all initiatives align with long-term growth and customer experience goals.

Architect Network Expansion: Lead the strategy for network topology and node expansion; you will partner with teams to ensure our infrastructure scales ahead of market demand.

Drive Volume & Capacity: Take full ownership of volume attainment strategies across various sales channels, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the network is operationally ready to absorb increased demand.

Optimize Cost-to-Serve: Act as the primary owner of the program's financial health by developing pricing frameworks, cost-reduction initiatives, and visibility tools in close partnership with Finance.

Lead the Speed Charter: Set ambitious delivery speed goals and lead cross-functional experiments to reduce end-to-end transit times for heavy items without compromising operational feasibility or cost.

Manage Partner Channels: Oversee the operational integration and growth of specialized seller and vendor programs (such as Flex and Easy Ship), ensuring they are compliant, scalable, and high-performing.

Represent Brazil Globally: Serve as the primary interface for Brazil in global forums, benchmarking local practices against international geographies.

A day in the life
As the lead for Network Growth and Excellence, no two days are the same.
You will spend your day:
Problem Solving: Analyzing complex logistics bottlenecks and working with Planning and Operations to unlock network capacity.

Global Connection: Participating in calls with counterparts in North America or Europe to share learnings and adopt global best practices for the Brazil market.

Strategic Planning: Refining the "Cost-to-Serve" dashboard with Finance to ensure our growth remains profitable and sustainable.
