How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável por analisar e otimizar as operações logísticas de distribuição gasosa, focando em roteirização, produtividade e redução de custos. Atua de forma estratégica no suporte à coordenação, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos contratuais e a eficiência no uso de recursos, além de prover suporte técnico avançado à equipe.

* Análise e Planejamento Estratégico: Realizar estudos constantes sobre a operação logística (programação, transportes e recursos) para identificar gargalos e propor melhorias que visem o ganho de resultados financeiros e operacionais.
* Gestão de Roteirização: Avaliar e ajustar periodicamente a programação de entregas, cruzando dados de movimentação dos clientes com a capacidade da frota para garantir o abastecimento integral nos prazos acordados.
* Otimização de Custos: Desenvolver projetos e implantar alternativas logísticas que busquem a redução de despesas operacionais e a máxima eficiência no fluxo de distribuição.
* Interface e Negociação: Interagir com fornecedores de produtos e outras filiais (ALB) para alinhar demandas de suprimentos e garantir a fluidez da cadeia logística.
* Suporte Técnico e Mentoria: Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe, solucionando problemas complexos de distribuição e orientando colaboradores menos experientes.
* Polivalência Operacional: Nas unidades que não possuem Assistente de Operações, assumir as rotinas administrativas e de suporte direto à operação inerentes a essa função.
