You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.
How you will contribute
You will:
* Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for further review and approvals
* Manage, coach and develop a team
* Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
* Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the category's goals
* Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools
* Be part of the construction of the supply review and escalating issues
* Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs
* Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings

* Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment

* Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan
* Able to build effective teams
* Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

The DRP Manager is responsible for leading a strategic operation within the supply chain - someone capable of transforming data into decisions, developing talent, and building strong cross-functional connections to elevate execution standards, anticipate risks, and influence decisions that directly impact availability, service level, and business results.
How You Will Contribute
* Lead, develop, and inspire the DRP team, fostering an environment of high performance, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous growth
* Build a more predictive and strategic operation by anticipating risks and opportunities through demand, inventory, replenishment, and service level analysis
* Strengthen the connection between Supply, Planning, Commercial, and Operations, promoting alignment, partnership, and integrated decision-making
* Ensure excellence in distribution planning, balancing product availability, operational efficiency, and working capital
* Drive continuous improvements in processes, governance, and tools, elevating analytical maturity and the area's execution capability
* Master Complexity: Ensure product availability by proactively mitigating stockouts and excess inventory
* Lead Digital Transformation: Translate data into decisions, leveraging technology tools to automate operational tasks and elevate DRP to a strategic role within Planning
Position Activities
* Lead distribution planning across plants and DCs, ensuring efficiency and service level targets are met
* Develop and monitor strategic KPIs such as coverage, stockouts, excess inventory, and plan adherence
* Facilitate alignment forums and decision-making sessions with partner areas, promoting collaboration and a sense of urgency
* Structure and lead action plans in critical scenarios, ensuring rapid operational response capability
* Drive the evolution of DRP processes and tools, promoting automation, simplification, and greater business visibility
* Orchestrate the DRP Strategy: Focus on E2E, ensuring the balance between Service Level, Cost Optimization, and Cash Flow
