Amazon's Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Payments Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team. The Payment and Dispute Specialist is responsible for managing all payments to Hoods (local neighborhood store partners that handle packages), including payment disputes. He/she will make sure all partners will have a great payment experience. We expect our team members to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage all payments for Hoods
* Own Hood store partners payment experience
* Own payment performance metrics
* Work on payment funnel to ensure compliance throughout the process
* Partner with Tech team to continuously improve Payment experience
* Actively engage with internal teams and external
* Ensure compliance throughout the global payment process standards
* Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos

A day in the life
* Follow payment compliance for each partner store
* Handle disputes weekly to ensure payment flow is completed
* Execute payments using appropriate tools to approve/reject invoices
* Create training for partners enabling them to use tool correctly for payments
* Dive deep on data to obtain insights that improve partner experience
* Develop and optimize mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement

Profil requis du candidat:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data/analytics and using data to make decisions
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience with e-commerce
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
