Your profile and competencies to succeed
❯ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
❯ Fluent English;
❯ Proficiency with FES (Factory Efficiency System);
❯ Knowledge of sewing;
❯ Experience in team management.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
❯ Responsible for implementing cost reduction actions, process improvements, and FES.
❯ Responsible for ensuring production management and addressing potential quality issues.
❯ Ensure the development and satisfaction of employees through development and training plans.
❯ Daily reporting and follow-up of relevant area indicators and ensuring the achievement of established goals
