Your Role

* Evaluate fragrances and concepts using qualitative, neuroscientific, and quantitative research methodologies.
* Deliver actionable insights into consumer perception through in-depth consumer testing.
* Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
* Design and lead research studies with a focus on the Southern Cone market.
* Manage team performance by fostering engagement, driving results, and maintaining high standards of discipline.
* Oversee partnerships with external providers and agencies for qualitative, quantitative, and neuroscientific research initiatives.
* Support product and process standardization efforts to drive consistency and elevate quality.
* Ensure the accuracy and alignment of the Iris metadatabase across the region.

About You

About You

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
* Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
* Strong command of statistical techniques and analytical tools (e.g., PCA, ANOVA, regression analysis);
* Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Fluency in English is required.
