Your role

As a Test Analyst at Infosys, you will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations. You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure quality and compliance across Salesforce implementations.

Required

Key Responsibilities
* 3-5 years of professional hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications
* Validate Salesforce workflows, triggers, and custom objects
* Develop and execute test cases for functional and regression testing
* Automate test scenarios using Selenium or similar tools integrated with Salesforce
* Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
* Use JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation
* Ensure test coverage across Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
* Generate test reports and insights for stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and testing principles
* Experience with Salesforce modules and APIs
* Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium integrated with Salesforce
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies
* ISTQB certification preferred
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
* ISTQB certification preferred

* Ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Proficient in English and French
