* Comprehensive administration of the ordering process
* Preparation and participation in price negotiations
* Collaboration in procurement processes
* Complete and independent handling of tasks within the PSM processes (supplier onboarding, development, ordering procedures)
* Manage cross-site procurement activities
* Requesting quotes from known suppliers (e.g., catalog-based, supplier products, or inquiry by instruction) and prepare comparison sheets
* Lead price negotiations and coordinate technical reviews
* Process purchase requisitions, oversee the entire ordering cycle-including delivery schedules, order confirmations, price maintenance, deadline monitoring, and invoice verification
* Communicate discrepancies, conduct supplier development, handle complaints, and maintain master data
* Generate reports and evaluations
* Ensuring that all relevant deliveries/services for assigned customer projects and/or sourcing categories/commodities are procured in the appropriate quality, at the right time, and at the lowest total cost
* Contributing to cost optimization and leveraging supply chain management synergies at TK
* Performing logistics activities

* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma advantageous) with technical or commercial training
* In-depth knowledge of industry-specific practices within the automotive (suppliers) industry
* Extensive industry-specific purchasing experience in a comparable position
* Familiarity with contractual law and risk management in international environments
* Proven negotiation skills leading to successful agreements
* Strong social skills: team ability; communication with interface partners; relationship-building skills; cross-functional understanding; negotiation skills
* Strong personal competencies: excellent communication skills; persuasiveness and assertiveness; professional work approach and time management; high motivation and willingness to learn; self-reflection ability
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3; skilled in presentation and moderation techniques
* Very good English language skills (German is considered as an advantage)
* Confident negotiator with assertiveness; capable of working independently and goal-oriented
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10% of working time)
