Location: Bulgaria, Sofia
Role: Dutch speaking Inbound Sales Advisor - remote
Salarys: 1,804 EUR gross p/m (=1,400 EUR net p/m) plus up to 200 EUR gross bonus potential p/m
Hours: 40 hrs per week rotational
Relocation support: flight booked to Sofia, airport pick up, few nigths hotel on arrival, extensive support with finding accommodation.
The Role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will represent an Energy provider for the Belgium market. You will receive warm leads from inbound calls and live chat queries in relation to energy packages, pricing calculation and invoice queries. Providing information in relation to tariffs and discuss the advantages for the client switching to this new energy provider is part of your daily tasks. Besides this you will ensure relevant customer details are received for contract creation - your ultimate goal is to ensure contract signing is taking place.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
* Good command of English
* Ability to multi-task and being patient!
* Flexible
* Computer literate
* Eagerness to learn and develop
