About Your Business Area/Department:
The AMER Implementation team is responsible for the delivery of Operational and Passenger Processing Solutions to different airports and airlines. The team works directly with the customers to deliver cutting edge technologies and applications

Summary of the role:
This position is responsible for providing implementation-related services and support to the Amadeus Airport IT Americas OPS Implementation team. Will work with the global OPS team consisting of product delivery, project managers, and system engineers and will use their existing background of supporting and delivering to assist with the delivery of the full suite of OPS solutions and will interact with the Implementation team daily to determine project requirements, understand client issues (and enhancement requests), and provide support where needed.

In this role you'll:
* Discuss with relevant airport departments to define Business Processes/Rules to successfully implement Airport IT systems within a project scope
* Participate in system upgrades, enhancements both on customer premise and remotely
* Assist in the development of training plans and conduct remote and in person training
* Provide post go-live support remotely for customers

About the ideal candidate:
* Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
* Strong Communication Skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, basic scripting skills
