FP&A Analyst:
Join Philips as an FP&A Analyst supporting our manufacturing organization through financial planning, investment management, and business performance analysis. In this role, you will help drive data-based decision making by providing financial insights across productivity, capital investments, and plant operations.

Your role:

* Support business decision-making through Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and financial insights for key stakeholders within the manufacturing organization.
* Manage and monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, including participation in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and quarterly investment forecasts.
* Partner closely with manufacturing stakeholders on investment and asset-related topics to support effective financial planning and resource allocation.
* Analyze productivity performance and provide financial recommendations that help improve operational and business results.
* Support plant benefit budgeting activities and collaborate with global team members.

You're the right fit if:

* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.
* You have experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
* You have experience supporting capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, investment tracking, or related financial processes.
* You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.
* You are comfortable communicating in English and working with stakeholders across different geographies.
