Key Responsibilities
* Understands project scope and requirements.
* Provides support on the process mapping documentation.
* Helps the production team to remove roadblocks and clarify questions.
* Proactively monitors the execution of deliverables.
* Assists in managing requests, validating all schedule impacts, and communicating approved changes to team members.
* Ensures project members effectively follow schedule and helps to monitor that milestones are completed within the schedule.
* Tracks processes to confirm they´re executed correctly based on the project quality scope.
* Provides support with report creation tracking project progress and following the communication plan.
* Understands basic risks of the project and proactively mitigates project risks.
* Keeps an open communication with Senior Product Managers about the assigned tasks.

Required Experience
* ​1+ year of experience supporting project management activities (e.g., tracking, reporting, coordination, or similar)
* Experience working with project plans, timelines, or deliverables tracking
* Intermediate English level (B2) - written and spoken
* Experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar for reporting and analysis
* Minimum required education: High School Diploma.
