The Brand & Consumer Journey Manager defines and executes local go to market plans for our respective brands for Denmark ensuring the delivery of agreed market share, sales, profit and brand targets.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Tasks

Go to market plans
* Defines and executes local go to market plans for Denmark ensuring the delivery of agreed market shares, sales, profit and brand targets and alignment with regional/global brand strategy.

Planning
* Adapts and executes a detailed annual marketing plan including all touchpoints ensuring delivery of agreed market share, profit and brand equity target.
* Drive and deliver maximum brand activity synchronization across all media and retail channels in close cooperation with Shopper & Customer Marketing.

Brand Communications
* Planning, adapting and execution of marketing activations often consisting of several phases in the consumer journey.

Brands Performance and Development
* Monitors and reports on own brand and competitor performance recommending interventions to improve results.

Portfolio Management
* Local responsibility of product portfolio.

Budget Management
* Manages marketing budget in line with agreed parameters.

Agency Management
* Manages and builds relationships with third party agencies in order to deliver optimized and cost effective marketing campaigns.

International Collaboration
* Close collaboration with Nordic marketing colleagues and local Danish commercial team. Exchange with European and UK marketing teams from time to time.

Your Profile

* University degree in Marketing/Business administration or other relevant degree
* Relevant job experience in local marketing roles and/or in regional roles within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in successful go to market campaigns
* Strong project management skills able to deliver in full and on time
* Able to manage cross functional teams and to create commitment across the entire organization
* Entrepreneurial Mind with strong 'Can Do' Attitude
* Strategic and Analytic Thinker with Creative Mindset
* Team Player with strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in Danish and English
