The Regional Sales Manager Nordics is responsible for the indirect markets in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. This role sits within the North Europe Indirect Sales organization, is eligible to work remotely from Sweden or Denmark, and reports to the Sr. Commercial Manager NE Indirect.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Own and execute the regional commercial strategy for the Nordic indirect markets across Digital Pathology, Advanced Staining, Core Histology and Workflow solutions.
* Manage and drive distributor performance, including funnel quality, forecast accuracy, field activity and account prioritization.
* Deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth and improved predictability across all four countries.
* Lead joint business planning, structured funnel reviews and quarterly business reviews with partners.
* Support key customer engagements, tenders and reference site development through regular field presence.

The essential requirements of the job include:
* University degree.
* Extensive commercial experience in medical devices, diagnostics or life sciences.
* Proven experience managing indirect sales models or distributors across multiple countries.
* Demonstrated ownership of regional revenue, forecasting and margin performance.
* Ability to operate independently in a remote, field-based role.
* Strong communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is highly valued.

Travel, & physical/environmental requirements:
* Ability to travel frequently within the Nordic region, including overnight travel if needed (approximately 50-60%).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Pathology, laboratory diagnostics or digital health solutions.
* Tender-driven or publicly funded healthcare markets.
