About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager - Dell to accelerate the growth of our Dell portfolio while delivering hands-on support to partners and customers in the field.
This is a hybrid role that blends strategic business development, partner enablement, and on-site engagement. You will play a key role in expanding the partner ecosystem, identifying new revenue opportunities, and strengthening collaboration across the Dell distribution channel.
You will operate as a commercial owner of the Dell infrastructure business, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth-without direct line management responsibility.
What You'll Do
Drive Business Growth
* Manage and expand the Dell partner ecosystem.
* Identify new opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
* Execute joint business plans and vendor initiatives aligned with growth targets.
* Monitor performance, margins, and revenue development across partners.
Field & Partner Engagement
* Visit partners and customers to support infrastructure solution development.
* Provide commercial guidance and help progress strategic deals.
* Strengthen long-term partner relationships and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Enable & Educate Partners
* Deliver training on Dell infrastructure, solutions, and positioning.
* Support demonstrations, workshops, and technical solution conversations.
* Share market insights, competitive positioning, and best practices.
Collaborate with Dell & Internal Teams
* Participate in customer and partner meetings alongside Dell.
* Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), forecasting, and planning.
* Work closely with sales, presales, operations, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in IT business development, channel sales, or partner management.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, or enterprise solutions.
* Familiarity with SAP systems or operational processes is a plus.
* Confident in customer engagement, business planning, and commercial negotiations.
* Highly self-driven with strong ownership and execution mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently to partners and customers.
