You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:
* Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
* Implement and monitor promotional activities.
* Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
* Report on activities.

* Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes

* Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG

Desarrollarás relaciones profesionales con nuestros clientes y optimizarás las ventas de nuevos productos y promociones. Asegurarás gran visibilidad entre los comercios y aportarás capacidades de ventas. Tú decisión te llevará a alcanzar los KPI del sector y los objetivos anuales.

Tus tareas:
* Garantizar máximo impacto visual y disponibilidad en las estanterías a través de técnicas de mercadotecnia.
* Ejecutar y supervisar actividades de promoción
* La ubicación e implementación de materiales de punto de compra
* Realizará informes de actividades
* Liderarás equipos altamente efectivos.
* Cobranza y registro en plataforma.
* Seguimiento diario a los principales indicadores.

Requisitos:
* Estudios universitarios completos
* Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales
* Manejo de distribuidores, conocimiento del canal tradicional.
* Conocimiento del mercado de la provincia Tungurahua y Oriente
* Sólidos conocimientos acerca de los procesos de ventas y negociación
* Sólidas habilidades analíticas
* Experiencia en roles similares, preferiblemente 3 años en el sector de productos de consumo masivo.
* Orientación a Resultados.
* Buen Manejo de Office (Excel)
* Movilización propia.
