E-Commerce Manager

Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and boosting online sales? We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Sales & E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, El Corte ingles, carrefour, eBay, Manomano, Hombach, rakuten, miravia, and European platforms, company website)
* Build product listings with compelling copy and visuals
* Optimize listings for visibility and conversion
* Handle customer queries and resolve order issues
* Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
* Plan and execute product promotions
* Ensure accurate stock management across all platforms
Requirements:
* Experience in e-commerce and online selling
* Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
* Strong writing and content creation skills
* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics
* Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Bonus: Graphic design or advertising experience
