Position Overview

Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end-to-end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle - issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation - helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities

* Manage, within a team of both experienced and junior workmates, the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, modification, cancellation), ensuring accurate documentation.
* Respond to operational queries and escalate risks when needed.
* Maintain data quality, contribute to process improvements, and follow operational standards.

Skills
* Experience (ideally 2-3 years) in bank guarantees, trade finance, or financial institutions.
* Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
* Advanced English communication skills (essential).
* Advanced Excel user.
* Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
