Summary of the role: We are currently looking for an experienced Product Engineer to join our team in Barcelona who will be responsible for pre-sales activities such as designing, developing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers, as well as providing post implementation support for Hotel IT solutions. As the prime interlocuter between our customers and internal teams, your main responsibilities will be:

Manage RFP/RPI engagements:
(1) Set up high-level project timelines for the RFP answer. Identify and secure resource requirements from relevant groups (PMs/Dev/ADP) and coordinate all components/inputs to the answer.
(2) Produce solution-related documentation for IT customer proposals.

Solution presentations and demonstrations:
(1) Produce and deliver solution-related presentations including product demonstrations, translating software features into benefits for solving customer business problems in order to maximize the customer's perception of solution value.
(2) Produce high level plans and provide high level presentations on migration and implementation activity.

Scope definition, approval and sales process
(1) Lead Technical Scoping workshops in identifying and referencing all gaps and interfaces to be developed, updating internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
(2) Coordinate different functional streams on the customer side with (COMPANY NAME) Product Management and Product Development teams in order to ensure end to end solution consistency and viability.
(3) Minimize functional and technical gaps throughout the sales engagement.
(4) Coordinate the approval process ensuring sign-off of customer and (COMPANY NAME) groups.
(5) Support Sales in contract negotiations for solution-related issues and review solution-related contract schedules.

Solution delivery and post implementation support
(1) Prepare & drive solution handover activities to delivery projects/implementation teams.
(2) Contribute to solution rollout projects as needed.
(3) Create on-going training plan to ensure effective adoption of solutions.

About the ideal candidate:
*Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar and/or equivalent experience.
*Demonstrable and relevant experience in a similar role.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
*Knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) IT Products.
*The successful candidate must have the legal eligibility to work in Spain or France.
