This individual will report to the Regional Indirect Sourcing Leader and to the Categories Managers of the commodities of Logistics, Customs and Fleet Services categories. This individual will also support the Team for Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Development activities in the assigned categories. Duties will include financial analysis, negotiation, category team leadership and supplier development. RESPONSABILITIES : - Participate to the lead of the Logistics, Customs and Fleet Services category. Work regionally and cross-functionally to help gain consensus by aligning the global strategies through regional implementations. Participate to create and implement strategic plans which deliver 3-5% annual improvement on assigned spend categories. - Coordinate regional projects and buyers for categories that fall outside the global scope; - Lead optimization projects such as process improvements and supplier rationalization; - Conduct competitive and fair bid and negotiate master supply agreements as required; Follow and teach "best practices" of sourcing and supply management

Profil requis du candidat:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; - Master's in Business Administration a plus; - English fluent is required but Spanish is a plus; - knowledge in sourcing or procurement is a plus; - Beginners accepted but Logistics, Customs and Fleet Services management experience a plus; - Strong communication skills; - Knowleddge in ERP systems and eSourcing tools (Oracle, M3, Microsoft BI)
