Join Our Global Team as a Travel Operations Optimization Lead. Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and change management? If so, we're looking for a Travel Operations Optimization Lead to shape the future of our travel insurance operations. What you'll be doing: The Travel Operations Optimization Lead is responsible for supporting the standardization of travel processes across our global hubs, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery that supports business growth. You will oversee current operations, facilitate seamless migration of new business, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This role is vital in enabling our organization to deliver reliable, efficient, and compliant travel services worldwide. Process Evaluation & Improvement: Assess current travel workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and enhance process adherence Operational Support: Collaborate with local hubs to optimize their travel processes and support the migration of new business ventures Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations align with organizational policies, standards, and legal requirements Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout transition projects and process improvements Continuous Improvement: Drive lessons learned initiatives, promote innovative solutions, and support organizational change Inspire and develop high-performing teams through goal setting, coaching, and performance management Identify and facilitate relevant training to enhance team capabilities and support career progression Manage workloads flexibly across teams, especially during peak periods Address employee relations issues proactively, in partnership with HR Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging testing, learning, and risk-taking to generate new ideas What you'll bring: Experience & Skills: 10+ years in operational management, project management, or organizational change within a global/multi-regional environment Proven success in process standardization, resource planning, and driving operational efficiencies Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships Expertise in change management, performance measurement, and data analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is preferred but not mandatory What we offer: At AXA Partners, we're appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
