Position Overview

We are looking for a Temporary Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution. This role enhances and elevates the employee and customer experience through best-in-class operational optimization and implementation for the store.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

* Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
* Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, solve issues, and propose improvements.
* Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage and develop teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency and professional growth.
* Manage cash management processes and controls, ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Collaborate with P&D, payroll, AP, facilities and other departments on joint initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.Competencies

* Ability to interpret metrics, dashboards, and data insights (advanced Excel)
* Experience with Workday, SCOUT, RFID, WFM and operational platforms.
* Ability to lead digitalization initiatives and drive adoption.
* Use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, or process efficiency.Experience, Skills & Knowledge
