Your role

To strengthen the digital foundation and build new capabilities, Symrise must continuously deliver cross-domain digital programs that enhance operational efficiency and generate meaningful business value. Given the complexity and strategic importance of these initiatives, we require an experienced in-house Digital Program Manager to lead and drive these programs end-to-end.
The Digital Program Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering large-scale, cross-functional digital initiatives that support Symrise's strategic objectives. This position leads programs focused on technology modernization, process automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong program and project management expertise with a solid understanding of digital technologies, stakeholder management, and change adoption. They act as a connector between business and IT, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
About you

* Lead and manage complex digital programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational priorities.
* Drive cross-domain collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external partners to enable integrated digital solutions.
* Oversee program planning, budgeting, risk management, and timelines, ensuring successful and on-time delivery.
* Facilitate technology modernization initiatives, such as system upgrades, platform transitions, and digital capability development.
* Support process automation efforts, improving efficiency and reducing operational complexity.
* Promote data-driven decision-making by supporting the implementation of analytics, BI tools, and digital platforms.
* Ensure effective change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement across impacted teams.
* Monitor program KPIs, report progress to leadership, and ensure clear visibility of impact and benefits.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within digital transformation initiatives.
