Job TitleP&C Project Manager, CSF Transversal
Summary
The P&C Project Manager, CSF Transversal leads and supports a wide range of People & Culture projects and initiatives across the Corporate Support Functions (CSF). This includes global P&C projects, transformation programs, and organizational changes. The role covers planning, coordination, monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and hands-on project management.
Partnering closely with CSF P&C Business Partners, Corporate P&C teams, and key business stakeholders, the role drives change and ensures successful implementation of initiatives. The position requires the ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a strong execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Design short-, mid-, and long-term P&C strategies for the Corporate Support Functions in close collaboration with Global P&C Business Partners;
* Translate business and P&C strategic objectives into concrete initiatives and measurable outcomes within agreed timelines;
* Consolidate unit plans into a clear and comprehensive P&C roadmap for the Corporate Support Functions;
* Develop and maintain robust monitoring, reporting, and review processes, including dashboards and KPIs (OKRs, KPIs, etc.);
* Lead, coordinate, or contribute to special strategic programs and transversal initiatives for CSF or Corporate P&C;
* Provide organizational insights and People & Culture input into program design, decision-making, and implementation planning;
* Design and prepare dashboards and reports to monitor key P&C metrics, transforming data into insights and recommendations;
* Collaborate with CSF Strategy teams to ensure alignment, tracking, and follow-up of initiatives, projects, and action plans;
* Prepare presentations and key messages for CSF senior leadership teams and governance forums;
* Partner with Global P&C teams to build P&C balanced scorecards and define objectives;
* Coordinate with the D&I team to align and support the D&I roadmap for the Corporate Support Functions;
* Support the implementation of global P&C processes (e.g. talent reviews, grading and calibration, salary reviews) through project coordination, data consolidation, communication, and analysis;
* Provide operational and project support to CSF P&C Business Partners as required to ensure smooth delivery of P&C initiatives;
About the Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in project management within People & Culture, HR, or a transformation environment;
* Strong ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels;
* Experience working in complex, global, and matrixed organizations;
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting;
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and seniority levels;
* Structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* Experience supporting or delivering global HR/P&C processes is a strong advantage;
* Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus;
