Export control

Description du poste:

Your main tasks will include: * Help the definition and implementation of the internal compliance program and Technology Control Plans * Work on all export control matters handled by the department, as a support for the Spanish team members, including SP, EU and US export regulations. * Support license/agreements management This role will involve around 2 travels for business per quarter in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly

Profil requis du candidat:

* Business acumen and ethical behavior in a heavily regulated business environment; * University educated; * Communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions; * Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums; * Good degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust; * Languages: Commercially fluent in English and Spanish
