This is a role with high visibility and transversal influence, working across Marketing, Product, Data, Call Center and Commercial teams. · "Is this role mainly strategic or operational?" It combines both. You will define portfolio priorities and also work closely with other teams to make sure initiatives are executed effectively.
· "Will I manage a team?" No direct people management is expected, but you will coordinate cross-functional work and influence multiple stakeholders.
· "Is insurance experience required?" It is valuable, but not essential. Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and experience in portfolio, marketing or strategy-related roles are the key foundations for success.
What will help you succeed in this role
· Experience in marketing, strategy or portfolio-related roles (typically 5-8 years), with a proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate analysis into action.
· Educational background in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar: this helps you connect customer needs, business objectives and execution frameworks in a structured way.
· Strong analytical and segmentation skills: you are comfortable working with customer data, defining priorities and identifying growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
· Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and outcomes.
· Commercial awareness and customer focus: you understand how to balance business goals, customer relevance and operational feasibility.
· Experience in analytics, BI, CRM or digital marketing is a plus, especially when designing or evolving commercial action frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Fluent in English, as working in an international environment will be required.

Mission of the role
Your mission is to define and drive the portfolio strategy across the customer base, focusing on growth and retention by leveraging segmentation, customer insights and commercial action frameworks, in order to maximize customer value and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities
· Analyze the customer base to identify growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities, defining strategic initiatives and priority segments to maximize portfolio value.
· Design and evolve commercial action frameworks, including segmentation, triggers and prioritization logic, to ensure relevance and alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
· Drive retention initiatives by identifying key churn drivers and defining actions and pilots that improve persistency and customer lifetime value.
· Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Data, Call Center and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment, delivery and effective management of dependencies.
· Define and monitor performance KPIs such as conversion, APE, retention and lead quality, supporting continuous improvement and decision making.
· Act as an interface with the commercial network, incorporating feedback from agents and adapting portfolio initiatives to business reality.
· Support strategic planning processes, including roadmap definition and business cases, to ensure alignment between portfolio actions and broader business priorities.
