HUGO BOSS is looking for a Runner for our BOSS Store located at Paseo de Borne 1, Palma de Mallorca.
* 35 hours per week.
* IT leave coverage.
* Temporary contract with the possibility of staying if the person meets the KPIs.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday.
* Morning shift from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What you can expect:

As a Runner, you must ensure and control the supply and replenishment of stock products available to customers, guaranteeing merchandise operations and supporting the sales staff to achieve commercial success.
* Responsible for processing deliveries and merchandise movements.
* Responsible for managing value-added procedures (tags, hangers, etc.).
* Responsible for the organization, availability, and accessibility of merchandise.
* Responsible for managing all stock loss prevention operations.
* Provide additional products to the sales team as needed, especially during high-demand periods.
* Manage the flow of merchandise between the warehouse and the store. Responsible for the products and their display to ensure the correct flow of available stock.

Your profile:

* Experience in a similar position where objectives have been set, met, and exceeded.
* Physical ability, as this job involves moving merchandise and standing for long periods.
* Commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, tasks, and store requirements.
* Proactivity; initiative to follow instructions and pay attention to detail, especially in product replenishment and inventory management.
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
* Passion for and knowledge of the brand.
