FOR OUR BERSHKA STORE IN BRNO - OC VAŇKOVKA, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEAGUE FOR THE POSITION OF DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and managing store processes
- Responsibility for achieving budget and business goals
- Defining staffing needs, as well as recruiting and developing employees
- Long-term planning and achievement of sales targets
- Motivating the team to ensure a positive working atmosphere
- Ensuring all operational requirements are met
- Acting as a positive role model in customer service and implementing our company philosophy
- Maintaining product and store aesthetics according to our standards
- Supporting and assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store and team management

The role may also include additional tasks related to the responsibilities described above.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail sector (Deputy Manager / Store Manager)
- Very strong knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English
- Strong affinity for and understanding of relevant KPIs and metrics
- Organizational skills and excellent time management
- Analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Responsibility and independence
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment

EXTRA BENEFITS:
In case the set targets for the given year are achieved, the employee receives a bonus starting from 17 300 CZK.
