- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Assist with unpacking, back-stocking, and organizing deliveries to ensure inventory is efficiently managed. - Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to Health & Safety (H&S) standards. - Support daily operational tasks such as restocking shelves, updating displays, and managing product flow. - Contribute ideas for in-store events, community engagement, and other activities to boost customer interaction and store presence. Profil requis du candidat:
- You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service - You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions. - You possess organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels. - Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
