What is our proposal?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized B2B Group Travel Assistant to support the Group Travel team in the day-to-day operations related to group travel bookings and coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of group travel arrangements for travel advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Group Travel team with itinerary planning, booking creation, and travel documentation.
* Handle administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, processing payments, and maintaining travel records.
* Communicate with travel advisors to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth group booking process experience.
* Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline group travel processes and workflows.

Profil requis du candidat:
* Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support (experience in B2B or group travel is a plus).
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing travel schedules.
* Passion for travel and customer service.
